How do I change which emails I receive from ActiveConversion?

The ActiveConversion software can be configured to set up several different types of emails. You may choose to receive all, or none, of these automated messages. 

Email Lead Reports

Email lead reports are a quick summary of newly identified companies and leads. Companies use email lead reports to automatically keep management aware of what's going on.

To change your email lead report settings:

1.  Login to your ActiveConversion account
2. Select the "Lead Mgmt" tab
3. Select "Email Lead Reports" from the dropdown menu
4. Click the "Edit" button to the right of your email address

Form Fill Notifications

ActiveConversion allows you to send emails to multiple people when a form on your website or landing page is filled out. 

To change your form fill notifications:

1.  Login to your ActiveConversion account
2. Select the "Marketing" tab
3. Select "Forms" from the dropdown menu
4. Click the name of the form you'd like to change
5. Click the "Setup" tab
6. Under "Send form submission notification to", change the email addresses as needed 

Return Visit Alerts

Sales representatives can receive a daily email alert when prospects assigned to them visit your website. This helps sales reps know when their prospects are actively engaged and looking into your services. This is a great way to notify sales reps when to re-engage with prospects.

To change your return visit alerts:

1.  Login to your ActiveConversion account
2. Select the "Lead Mgmt" tab
3. Select "Sales Reps" from the dropdown menu
4. Click the name of the sales rep you'd like to change
5. Check or uncheck the "Email this rep daily with assigned leads returning to the website" box
